Are some properties being offered for sale conditional on achieving planning permission?
All expressions of interest will be considered and then progressed on merit. In some cases, this may include a limited time-span for a party to verify its position regarding planning potential. However, in all cases our trustees must be satisfied that any party can actually deliver and follow through on their proposals. By inviting expressions of interest on properties at this early stage, it should allow sufficient time for anyone involved to be comfortable with their position.
